The brilliant blue of the ocean, the pretty pink sunsets and the golden sunshine were the inspiration behind the palette of our ‘Sunshiny Burleigh Apartment’ on the Gold Coast. This holiday home is owned by an active family of 5 who love to spend time enjoying a morning swim in the ocean and soaking up the sun and relaxing in their apartment overlooking the ocean.

The 180 degree view of Burleigh Beach from this apartment is spectacular and the colours of the ocean, the sky and the changing light is so incredible we decided to reflect these colours in the interior design. A beach house is a happy place and the interior scheme brings an immediate sense of joy. We selected family friendly, comfortable, furniture and incorporated natural timber and rattan elements to capture that quintessential beach house vibe. The sheer curtains not only add a touch of softness to the space but also gently filter the sunlight framing that magnificent view.
